Confirmed: Winning Does Feel Good!

Logo Award

Ok, this is more of an annoucement than a 'Thought' design editorial but moments like this deserve sharing. Plus, we're very excited.

We received notification that we won Graphic Design USA's 2011 Design Awards. Yay! The listing can be found in the December 2011 Graphic Design USA magazine or on their website.

The competition annually selects winners from over 9,000 entrants with winners in a multitude of graphic design categories, both print and web. The winning logo was designed for the man himself, Steve Pruitt, of the Wine School of Delaware. Steve, whose school provides a relaxing, informative wine tasting experience, gave iDG the opportunity, while working with our friends at Master Graphics, to create a recognizable logo for his business. (For more information on wine tasting goodness, check out the Wine School at www.dewineschool.com)

This moment does afford the opportuninty to emphasize the importance of nailing down your companies identity with a fitting logo. Logos are VERY important for you business. Don't make a mistake on your business by creating an association between your quality service and a logo that falls short.

Want to know more? Need a logo but not sure where to start? iDG can help.
