Designer "Tiger" Blood

Most of us have an artistic side. As Picasso said, "We are all born artists." Maybe he didn't quite say that exactly. That's the gist.

We know what we like and what we don't. Being a designer, I think, means more than having an "eye" for things. A designer has a belief that the art IS the message. That the visual impact does elicit a response and we study the psychology, if you will, of the consumer to see how they respond.

Where am I going with this you might ask? I'm not really sure. But I do believe in partnerships. Seeking out those who have taken the time to study and specialize has merit even in graphic design. The programs make it easier but the tool doesn't make the artist. Designers want to be nuts about fonts, Pantone swatches and color gamuts. That's a good thing. It frees others to focus on their passion areas.

So, when your business needs an experienced touch, reach out, partner up with an artist and make use of the hours upon hours they have obsessed over the spacing of letters. It'll pay off. And I'm not just saying that because I'm biased. Ok, maybe a little. Want to see where we can go with your project? Contact iDesign Graphics. It'll be fun. You'll see.
